What to expect in a mobile Physiotherapy Session at Four Point Therapy

Every Physiotherapy session is unique based on the Participant's goals and abilities.  However, here is an idea of what to expect in a mobile Physio session through Four Point Therapy. ‍

Assessment Phase:

Diving into comprehensive insights, considering medical, unique goals, social history, needs, pain levels, and recent falls we assess where the Participant is and what they want to work towards.  Identifying personalized physio goals under the NDIS framework: pain reduction, enhanced mobility, ambulation, capacity, improved posture, balance, strength, and range of motion.

Objective Assessments:

Thorough observations, strength evaluations, range of motion checks, and targeted palpations. Assessing their use of aids and understanding daily living challenges to assist with their goals.

Treatment Plan:

Crafting a specialised roadmap for the Participant- a one to one exercise program tailored for unique needs, pain management and empowering education. Recommendations and adaptive equipment to enhance independence.

Future Sessions:

Booking in the next NDIS physio session, be it at home, gym, or a preferred community spot. Progressing exercises based on the Participants goals. Regular reassessments (typically 3-6 months) to align with NDIS reporting requirements. ‍

Empowering Every NDIS Journey:

Recognising the individuality of each NDIS Participant's path, we aim to unlock their full potential and foster overall well-being.

Our Mobile Physiotherapist’s arrive with all the equipment needed and are able to complete the sessions in a comfortable and accessible setting, whether that be at home or out in the community at a local gym, pool or park.

Four Point Therapy currently has immediate capacity for new Physio referrals with no wait times across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria, including Gippsland, Echuca, Warrnambool, and Mornington, along with the surrounding areas of these LGAs
