This is done directly with Participants in the comfort of their own homes so we can assess the environment where these modifications may be required. Our approach is centred around the Participant's needs, ensuring tailored assessments and comprehensive support/recommendations.
Home modifications encompass a range of adjustments, both major and minor, tailored to facilitate greater independence, safety, and accessibility for individuals with disabilities within their own homes. These modifications aim to remove barriers and obstacles that may hinder the individual's ability to perform daily activities and navigate their living environment ensuring that the home environment is more accessible and user-friendly, ensuring that it is well-suited to their specific mobility, sensory, or cognitive needs.
