At Four Point Therapy, our Exercise Physiology sessions are carefully designed around the unique needs of each Participant, with a strong focus on improving physical, mental, and social health. Exercise Physiology can be tailored to support people of all disabilities and levels of function, making it an inclusive and highly valuable Allied Health therapy. Whether the goal is to increase strength, improve mobility, manage chronic conditions, or enhance confidence in daily living, our team provides personalised programs that empower Participants to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Our Exercise Physiology services can be funded through the NDIS Capacity Building supports – including Improved Health and Wellbeing and/or Improved Daily Living.
