Our experienced Physiotherapists are dedicated to helping Participants improve their physical function, manage pain, and achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

Physiotherapy services can typically be funded through the NDIS Capacity Building support budget. Participants can specifically utilise funds from the Improved Health and Wellbeing and/or Improved Daily Living categories to access our tailored physiotherapy interventions.

Hands-on Treatments: Utilising techniques such as massage, joint mobilisation, and soft tissue release to reduce stiffness, improve range of motion and promote greater movement.

Exercise-Based Rehabilitation Programs: Developing personalised exercise plans designed to strengthen muscles, improve balance, increase flexibility, and enhance overall physical capacity. These programs are practical, progressive, and geared towards achieving Participant specific NDIS goals.

Specific Advice on Mobility Aids and Transfers: Offering expert guidance on selecting and effectively using various mobility aids (e.g., crutches, walkers, wheelchairs) to maximize independence. We also provide practical strategies and training for safer transfers, making everyday tasks like moving in and out of beds, chairs, or vehicles easier and more secure.
