Psychology Services

At Four Point Therapy, our experienced Psychologists play a vital role in delivering high-quality Allied Health services to NDIS and private participants.

Our Psychology services focus on supporting emotional wellbeing, mental health, and personal development across the lifespan. We provide evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions to assist individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions.

We work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to understand each person’s unique strengths, goals, and circumstances.

Psychology services are available at our North Melbourne clinic or at a participant’s home or preferred location, depending on individual needs.

Through practical strategies and therapeutic support, we aim to build resilience, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and promote long-term wellbeing with the core aim of:

  • Improving overall quality of life
  • Minimising or eliminating restrictive interventions
  • Building essential skills for increased autonomy
  • Creating more secure and nurturing environments

Guided by compassion, acceptance, and integrity, and in full adherence to the NDIS Practice Standards, our tailored plans are delivered with the individual's unique needs, aspirations, and situation at the forefront, whether through in-home, in-office, or telehealth support.
