Tori Thomas
Director & Senior Occupational Therapist
About Me
Hi, I’m Tori Thomas. I’m an Occupational Therapist and a Director at Four Point Therapy. I am very passionate about client centred practice and creating a space where both clients and therapists feel supported, understood, and looked after.
Professional Background & Experience
I’ve worked as an OT for several years, building experience across a wide range of clients & settings. My approach is holistic, functional, and strengths based, and I really enjoy helping people build confidence, independence, and routines that make everyday life feel more manageable.
Over time, I’ve also found a real passion for improving the systems and processes that support therapists. I love finding ways to make the work smoother, clearer, and more sustainable so people can focus on what they do best without burning out. Balancing great client care with a healthy, realistic workload is something I feel strongly about.
My Role at Four Point Therapy
As both Director and practising OT, my role blends clinical work with the behind-the-scenes pieces that make a practice run well. Clinically, I take a very client centred, evidence informed approach. I work alongside people at their pace, focusing on what matters most to them and supporting them in ways that feel achievable and meaningful.Operationally, I look at how we can support therapists to do their best work while maintaining a good work–life balance. This includes refining processes, improving workflows, and helping build a culture where people feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
What I Love Most About My Work
What I love most are the small, meaningful changes, those moments where something clicks for a client or a therapist feels more supported in their role. Seeing progress, connection, and confidence grow in everyday ways is something I find incredibly rewarding. I also find a lot of purpose in shaping a workplace that feels positive and sustainable. Helping both clients and team members flourish is truly what motivates me.

What I Love Most About My Work
I’m deeply committed to ensuring people living with disabilities have access to high-value, evidence-based healthcare. My focus is on empowering Participants supported by FPT to improve their capacity to engage in meaningful activities of daily living and enhance their overall quality of life.Seeing the real-world impact of FPT’s therapies is a key driver of my motivation and my strong belief in disability centred Allied Health care. This vision is delivered through a team of highly experienced NDIS Therapists who prioritise Participant centred care and genuine human connection.
