Launching TAC Occupational Therapy Services at Four Point Therapy
Four Point Therapy is now officially accepting TAC Occupational Therapy referrals across Greater Melbourne, parts of regional and coastal Victoria, and via Telehealth.

This is an exciting new chapter for Four Point Therapy as we officially launch our TAC Occupational Therapy service, now accepting referrals across Greater Melbourne and parts of regional and coastal Victoria as well as Telehealth.
Expanding into the TAC scheme has been a natural progression for us and something we are super passionate about. As Four Point Therapy has continued to grow, we have been drawn to the strong alignment between the TAC Clinical Framework and the values that have always shaped the way we deliver care. The emphasis on person-centred care, evidence-based practice, collaboration, meaningful goal setting and supporting people to regain independence closely reflects the approach we've built our organisation around since day one.
When we entered the mobile Allied Health space, it was with the goal of bringing high-value healthcare to our community in a way that suited them — as we recognise that not everyone can travel to their therapy sessions. Imagine the level of care you would get in a hospital, private practice or clinic space, that's the standard of care we pride ourselves on and what we are bringing to the TAC space.
It's with this standard in mind that we've taken a thoughtful approach to entering the TAC space. Our TAC service is delivered by Occupational Therapists within our team who bring extensive experience in TAC and transport injury rehabilitation and are approved members of the TAC OT Access Registry. Their clinical expertise, combined with a strong understanding of the TAC scheme, provides a fantastic foundation for delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care.
We believe quality Allied Healthcare extends well beyond the therapy session. Successful rehabilitation is built on strong partnerships, where clear communication, collaborative decision-making and clinically sound recommendations contribute to better outcomes for everyone involved.
Working closely with TAC Claims Managers, treating teams and other key stakeholders is central to our approach. Throughout the rehabilitation journey, we're committed to responsive communication, evidence-informed reporting and practical recommendations that support informed decision-making and meaningful outcomes for our Clients.
Where we deliver TAC OT
Our Occupational Therapists provide flexible, mobile service delivery across Melbourne, supporting clients in the environment that best meets their needs. This includes appointments at home, in the community, in our Fitzroy clinic, and via Telehealth.
Our TAC Occupational Therapy services
We currently provide a range of TAC Occupational Therapy services, including: Review of Capabilities (ROC), Initial OT Assessments, Return to Work, Home Services Assessment Plans, Holiday Planning, Assistive Technology Assessments and Prescription, Home Modifications, Cognitive Rehabilitation, and ADL Retraining.
Whether it's supporting someone to return to work, regain independence at home, access appropriate equipment or rebuild confidence following a transport-related injury, our purpose remains the same: delivering thoughtful, evidence-based Occupational Therapy that empowers people to get back to the things that matter most.
If you're a TAC Claims Manager, Healthcare Professional or referrer looking for an experienced Occupational Therapy provider, we'd love the opportunity to discuss how Four Point Therapy can support your clients.
We are genuinely pumped for this new chapter — keep an eye out for more info about our TAC OT service in the coming days and weeks!
