Four Point Therapy helps NDIS Participants build independence, confidence, and meaningful routines. Our Occupational Therapists provide practical, person-centred support at home, in the community, or via telehealth.
We can assist with:
• Daily living skills, including food preparation, personal care, and routines
• Home safety and navigation, with strategies for vision impairment such as improved lighting, contrast, and organisation
• Community access and confidence in local activities
• Routine building, organisation, and practical strategies for independence
• Using assistive technology and guidance with NDIS equipment submissions
Our mobile team works directly in real-life environments, tailoring support to each Participant’s goals. We also provide guidance for families and carers, helping create practical strategies that make daily life safer, easier, and more independent.
For Participants with vision impairment, we focus on practical solutions that fit naturally into home and community environments. This includes improving safety, organising spaces, enhancing lighting and contrast, supporting daily routines, and building confidence in essential tasks. We also assist with trials and use of vision-support aids such as magnifiers, adaptive technology, large-print tools, and accessibility features on devices, alongside guidance for NDIS submissions.
Our goal is to help Participants feel confident, supported, and able to engage in the activities that matter most to them.
